ABOUT ME

A pursuit of my greatest passion, cooking! I found myself on this journey since I was a little girl, cooking with my father from Exuma, Bahamas. I loved cooking with him everyday, starting early mornings, lunch, and dinners. We would sing olde folk songs from the island together. I didn't realize that it would turn into my life career. It had come natural to me by middle school. I met with Culinary Institute Advisor during that time, then later attended the Journey for Juniors program the summer before graduation. I was accepted into the Culinary Institute of America my senior year. I graduated high school and started school within the same month. During that time, I returned home to do my Externship at The Waldorf Astoria, Boca Resort. I am now an alumni from the CIA as of March 2019. I currently work for The Little St Simons Island Resort in St. Simons, Georgia. I am and have been blessed on my Journey with food thus far, and I am ecstatic about the future ahead!
